Getting Started at CrossFit Newcastle
Our gym is open to visitors during any of our regularly scheduled training times. Please feel free to stop by, check us out, ask questions, and watch a workout any time. To get started, we’ll find some time for a one-to-one session in order to give you our full attention. This session will be used to familiarize you with the equipment, movements and stimulus that we use in CrossFit.
This first visit is free and we will have plenty of time to talk about your fitness goals, explain and demonstrate CrossFit, and begin to learn and perfect the technique of a few of our fundamental movements.
Come with your questions and be ready to work! These individual sessions are by appointment so email or call to set up your time!
