Hey I’m in this picture!! - At least you didn’t get me wobbling away on the rings trying to hold a dip for the pic!
Am so devastated I’m going to have to take time off crossfit and BJJ thanks to aggravating the injury

The rope is my mates… the guy in the picture, he bought it for a tenner and had it in his shed for like… five years!
